แนวทางการดำเนินงานคูปองการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม จังหวัดสุโขทัย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานคูปองการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม จังหวัดสุโขทัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ ปัญหาการดำเนินงานคูปองการศึกษาและแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการดำเนินงานคูปองการศึกษา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานคูปองของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม คือ บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ เด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ ขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ การคัดกรองเด็ก การ เขียนแผนการศึกษาเฉพาะบุคคล (IEP) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สื่อ การบริการอื่นใดทาง การศึกษาและวิธีการยื่นคำขอคูปองการศึกษา (คป.01)

2. แนวทางการดำเนินงานคูปองของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม จากการสังเคราะห์ผลการ นำเสนอของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้แก่ การจัดการอบรม จัดทำคู่มือการดำเนินงาน จัดทำสื่อการเรียนรู้ เช่น โทรทัศน์ครู อินเทอร์เน็ต รวมถึงการจัดทำเว็บไซด์

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research was to study the problems in operational guidelines on demanding educational coupons in leading mainstream school in Sukhothai. Instruments used in the research were a questionnaire about operation issues educational coupons and interviews about the operations of an educational coupon.

The results of the research were:

1. Operation issues of educational coupons in Leading Mainstream School includes: personnel deficencies in working with children with special needs, a lack of knowledge about children with special needs, child screening and the individual educational plan (IEP), knowledge about the facilities, advertising, and other educational services and how to apply for educational coupons.

2. The operational guidelines for the educational coupons of Leading Mainstream School provide instructions. Learning materials for preparation are distributed by teachers, as well as media such as TV and a dedicated website.
