แนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารโรงเรียนของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอเก้าเลี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา นครสวรรค์ เขต 1

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์พื่อศึกษาปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารโรงเรียน ของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอเก้าเลี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา นครสวรรค์ เขต 1

ประชากร ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรยนประถมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเก้าเลี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์เขต 1 จำนวน 21 โรง รวมทั้งสี้น 201คน เครื่องมือ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลข คณิต และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารโรงเรยนของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอ เก้าเลี้ยว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ ด้านการ บริหารงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารบุคคล และด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. แนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารโรงเรยนของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอ เก้าเลี้ยว ประกอบด้วย 5 แนวทางคือ 1.สถานศึกษาควรดำเนินการให้คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถอย่างแท้จริงเข้ามาเปีนกรรมการ 2. ควรจัดให้มีระบบการพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถและสร้าง ความเข้าใจในบทบาทหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา 3.สถานศึกษาควรจัดระบบและเปิดโอกาสให้ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกับสถานศึกษาอย่างแท้จริง 4. สถานศึกษาควรสร้างความสัมพันธ์ อันดีกับกรรมการสถานศึกษาและชุมชน 4. รับฟัง เปิดโอกาสให้คณะกรรมการแสดงความคิดเห็นมีส่วนร่วมใน การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์และภารกิจ และวางแผนการปฎิบัติงาน

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explore exisiting problems of the administration of basic education committees and present the participation method to the administration of the basic education institution committees in Kao Liao district of Nakhon Sawan Education Service Area 1.

The population of this research was 201 basic education institution committee members of Nakhon Sawan Education Service Area 1 from 21 primary schools in Kao Liao district. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics collected for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The research results were:

1. The problems of the participation method in school administration of the basic education institution committees of Nakhon Sawan Education Service Area 1 involved academic matter, financial problems, personnel problems, and general education affairs and were at the moderate level.

2. The participation method in school administration of the basic education institution committees in Kao Liao district of Nakhon Sawan Education Service Area 1 consists of five methods: 1) The school should operate to seek the basic education institution committee members who have the greatest ability and knowledge; 2) Set up a system to develop their knowledge and make them understand the duty of the basic education institution committee; 3) The school should implement a system when there is opportunity for the basic education institution committee to maximize participation in working with the school; 4) Keep good and warm relationships between the school and the committee, as well as with the community; and 5) To acknowledge and give the opportunity to the basic education institution committee to express opinions and participate in designating vision, missions, and work plans.
