แนวทางการดำเนินงานผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของกลุ่มสตรี อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์พื่อศึกษาปัญหาการดำเนินงานผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของกลุ่มสตรี อำเภอบ้าน ไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี และเสนอแนวการดำเนินงานผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของกลุ่มสตรี อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัด อุทัยธานีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง คือ ช่วงที่ 1 ศึกษาปัญหาการดำเนินงานผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของ กลุ่มสตรี อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ประชากรที่ใช่ไนการวิจัย เป็นกลุ่มผู้บริหาร กลุ่มผู้ผลิต และ กลุ่มผู้บริโภค ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 217 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรา ส่วนประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.92 ช่วงที่ 2 เสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานผ้าทอ พื้นเมืองของกลุ่มสตรี อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี โดยใช้กระบวนการสนทนากลุ่ม

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. การดำเนินงานผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของกลุ่มสตรี อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ในภาพรวมทุก ด้านมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ มีปัญหามากเกี่ยวกับความหลากหลายของผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้า ทอ ด้านราคา มีปัญหามากเกี่ยวกับติดปีายบอกราคาสินค้าผ้าทอ ด้านสถานที่ มีปัญหามากเกี่ยวกับ ความสะอาดของสถานที่ และด้านการส่งเสริมการขาย มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการแนะนำการดูแลรักษาสินค้า ผ้าทอแนวทางการดำเนินงานผ้าทอพื้นเมืองของกลุ่มสตรี อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี หน่วยงาน ของรัฐต้องสนับสนุนให้มีการขยายตัวของตลาดผ้าทอพื้นเมืองที่กว้างขวางขึ้น และผลักดันให้กลุ่ม สตรีผ้าทอพื้นเมืองเกิดการปรับเปลี่ยน ทั้งวิธีการผลิต รูปแบบการผลิต ให้ทันสมัยตามสภาพลังคมที่ เปลี่ยนแปลงในปัจจุบัน

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the problems related to the local homespun weaving groups for women, and to guide the direction of the local homespun groups for women located in the Ban Rai District, uthai Thani province. The research procedure was divided into two halves. The first half was to study the problems related to the local homespun groups. A total of 217 people, consisting of administrators, producers, and customers, were given a four-point rating scale questionnaire. The second half of the research was to guide the direction of the local homespun groups in the Ban Rai District, uthai Thani province. In this half of the research, information was gathered by focus group discussions.

The results were:

1.  Overall, the project management problems of the women weaving groups in the Ban Rai District, uthai Thani were at a low level. The problems included a lack of variety in product; there was rarely a price tag or indicator on the products; there were issues of cleanliness in the places where product was sold; and within the sales promotion of the product there were issues related to the care and maintenance of the product.

2.  To provide proper guidelines in weaving management for the local homespun weaving groups for women in the Ban Rai district, uthai Thani province, the local government organizations must encourage an increase in the market for local homespun weaving products; and the local government organizations must encourage and help the women groups producing these products in the modernization of their business, such as a change in product to reflect the current thoughts and fashion of society, and in improving means of production.
