แนวทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ อำเภอเมืองสุโขทัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสืกษาป๋^,ญหาการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพและหาแนว ทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุโขทัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ 1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูอนามัยโรงเรียน ผู้นำนักเรียน และเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข รวมจำนวน 124 คน และ 2) ผู้สนทนากลุ่มที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินงานโครงการโรงเรียนส่งเสริม สุขภาพ ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุโขทัย จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ไนการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การดำเนินงานโครงการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุโขทัยในภาพรวม มีสภาพป็ญหาการดำเนินงานในระดับน้อย ในรายด้าน พบว่า การดำเนินงานด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมใน โรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพมีป็ญหาในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือ การดำเนินงานด้านโภชนาการและอาหารที่ ปลอดภัย การให้คำปรึกษาสนับสนุนทางสังคม ส่วนด้านที่มีป็ญหาการดำเนินงานน้อยที่สุดคือ การมี ส่วนร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชนการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของบุคลากรในโรงเรียน

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ประกอบด้วย แนวทางการพัฒนาด้านโยบายของ โรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านโครงการร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ด้านการ จัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาพ ด้านบริการอนามัยโรงเรียน ด้านสุขศึกษาในโรงเรียน ด้าน โภชนาการและอาหารที่ปลอดภัย ด้านการออกกำลังกาย กีฬาและนันทนาการ ด้านการให้คำปรึกษา สนับสนุนทางสังคม และด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของบุคลากรในโรงเรียน

Abstract

This study aims to study problems of school health promotion work and development of health promoting school in Muang Sukhothai Sukhothai. Under the Office of Education Area, Sukhothai, 1. Samples of this research were 124 person: school administrators, teachers, student health leaders, health officials and experts with knowledge and experience in the health promoting school projects. In Muang district. Sukhothai, 9 samples used in the data was collected. And focus groups. Scale estimates were used to analyze the data mean and standard deviation.

The research results showed that:

1. The problems in School Health Promotion Project in Sukhothai Province as a whole were at the low level. When considering by each aspect, providing an environment in school that is conducive to health is the most problem followed by nutrition and food security, counseling, and social support. The least valuable elements are the joint project between the school and community and health promotion of school personnel.

2. The development guideline for health promotion school project at Muang Sukhothai according to the quality standards of the Department of Health should address on the following issues: the policy of development guideline for health promotion schools, the administration of health promotion schools, the participatory of community, the provision of an environment in the school, the nutrition and food safety in school, the provision of an environment in the school and training teachers and school personnel.
