แนวทางการส่งเสริมการใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ในนาข้าวของกลุ่มเกษตรกรทำนาโคกหม้อ ตำบลโคกหม้อ อำเภอทัพทัน จังหวัดอุทัยธานี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อ ศึกษาปัญหาและหาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ในนาข้าว ของกลุ่มเกษตรกรทำนาโคกหม้อ ตำบลโคกหม้อ อำเภอทัพทัน จังหวัดอุทัยธานีวิธี การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ช่วง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัญหาการใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ในนาข้าวในภาพรวมพบว่า มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. แนวทางทางการส่งเสริมการใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ในนาข้าวของกลุ่มเกษตรกร ประกอบด้วยแนวทาง 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านแรงจูงใจ ควรรณรงค์ให้เห็นถึงโทษของการใช้ปุ๋ยเคมีและผลกระทบในด้านสุขภาพ 2) ด้านความสามารถและประสบการณ์ ควรรวมตัวจัดกลุ่มเกษตรกรสอนเทคนิคการใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ ประธานกลุ่มควรกำหนดวันให้เกษตรกรได้พบปะเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ 3) ด้านแนวคิดการตลาด ควรส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรหันมาใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์เพื่อให้ผลผลิตมีคุณภาพและราคาดีและร่วมกันจัดสรรค่าใช้จ่ายที่เหมาะสมในแต่ละขั้นตอนของการใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ 4) ด้านทรัพยากร ควรจัดหาแปลงสาธิตในกลุ่มเกษตรกรด้วยกันในการทำแปลงตัวอย่างเพื่อให้ความรู้และส่งเสริมให้เป็นแหล่งรักษาระบบนิเวศทางธรรมชาติและฟื้นฟูสภาพดินให้อุดมสมบูรณ์

Abstract

This research aimed to study the problems and to find the method of organic fertilizer promotion in the rice fields of Khok Mo agricultural group,Khok Mo sub-district, ThapThan district,Uthai Thani province.The research was conducted in to stages.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. Overall, the problems in using organic fertilizer were at a high level.

2. The method of organic fertilizer using promotion in the rice fields of Khok Mo agricultural group, Khok Mo Sub-district, Thap Than district, Uthai Thani province is as follows: 1) Motivation and determination: A campaign should be on bad effects of chemical fertilizer on health. 2) Ability and experience: Together they should organize an agricultural group to teach techniques in using organic fertilizer. The chairperson should set the day for the agriculturists to attend a meeting to share their experience. 3) Marketing ideas: Promote the agriculturists to use organic fertilizer so that the produce will have good quality as well as a good price. Plan together within the group. Participate in making expense allotment appropriately along each step of using organic fertilizer. 4) Resources: A demonstration plot of land should be arranged within the agricultural group as a way to give knowledge as well as to promote it as a source that restores natural ecological system and fertility of the soil.
