การศึกษาความพร้อมการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชรเขต 1

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและกำหนดแนวทางในการเตรียมของการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชรเขต 1 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาความพร้อมและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชรเขต 1 จำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบเอฟ 2) กำหนดแนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา โดยการประชุมสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูวิชาการ และศึกษานิเทศก์ รวมทั้งสิ้น 7 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชรเขต 1 มีความพร้อมการบริหารภาพหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. สถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กกับขนาดใหญ่มีความพร้อมในการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05

3. แนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชรเขต 1 มีดังนี้ 1) ด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมของสถานศึกษา ควรสร้างความตระหนักให้กับผู้บริหารและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญและความจำเป็นในการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน 2) ด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตร ควรพัฒนาและประเมินบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้เป็นรูปธรรม โดยการศึกษาดูงาน อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ สัมมนา 3) ด้านการวางแผนการดำเนินการใช้หลักสูตร ควรกำหนดนโยบายชัดเจน มีการนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่อง ควรให้ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the preparedness in curriculum management towards ASEAN community of schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office, and to set guidelines for preparedness in curriculum management towards ASEAN community. The method of research has 2 steps. 1) Studying of the preparedness and compare the school curriculum management towards ASEAN community of schools. The research samples were 327 directors and teachers of schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Data were collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by utilizing percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-test. 2) Setting guidelines for preparedness in curriculum management towards ASEAN community by focus group discussion of people who join, namely 3 school directors, 3 academic teachers and 1 educational supervisor . Data were collected by compiling from the issues of focus group discussion and then analyse the data by the content analysis. The findings were as follows :

1. The preparedness in curriculum management towards ASEAN community of schools under Kamphaeng Phet primary educational service area office 1 was at the middle level.

2. The comparison in school curriculum management towards ASEAN community, found that be tween small schools and big schools was difference at the .05 level of significance.

3. The guidelines for preparedness in curriculum management towards ASEAN community of schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were as follows: 1) The preparedness of school is by follows making awareness to executives and educational personnel to realize the issues and needs , distributuing the budget so evenly and sufficiently. 2) The course curriculum development should provide for the development of educational personnel that can be estimated by observing activities, workshop and conference. 3) The school curriculum management is by defineing the policy with supervision and continuing to follow up.
