การพัฒนาชุดเครื่องมือประเมินตนเองรายการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ลำปาง เขต 3

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดเครื่องมือประเมินตนเองด้านการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษา ลำปางเขต 3 กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ครูสายผู้สอนในโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่าย โรงเรียนร่องเคาะ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสำอางลำปางเขต 3 ประกอบด้วยครูผู้สอนที่ประเมินตนเอง 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือชุดเครื่องมือประเมินตนเอง ด้านการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ลำปางเขต 3 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้

1. ชุดเครื่องมือประเมินตนเองด้านการสอนของครูระดับ ประถมศึกษา ตามแนวคิดการประเมินตนเองของ Peter Airasian และ Arlen Gulickson โดยใช้กลยุทธ์การประเมินตนเอง 6 ประการ และการประเมินสมรรถนะครูสายผู้สอน เพื่อสร้างครูที่มีคุณภาพ มีองค์ประกอบด้านการสอน 3 องค์ประกอบได้แก่ การออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาผู้เรียน

2. คุณภาพเครื่องมือตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของเครื่องมือมีค่ามากกว่า 0.90 ทุกฉบับ ค่าความเที่ยงโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอบาค มีค่ามากกว่า 0.80 ทุกฉบับ

3. ครูสายผู้สอนที่เป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย มีความพึงพอใจชุดเครื่องมือประเมินตนเองด้านการสอนของครูระดับประถมศึกษา ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to develop a series of Self – Assessment tools of the primary school teachers in Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The target group of this research was 70 Rong Kor school teachers in Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The Statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The results were as follows.

1. A self-assessment tool for the teaching of the primary school teachers based on the concept of Peter Airasian Arlen and Gulickson’s self-assessment by using the six self-assessment strategies and teachers evaluation in order to creatents in teaching that were the design of learning management, learning management, and the development results of the students.

2. The quality of monitoring tools based on the content walidity by the experts, the consistency of index value greater than 0.90 for all the tools, and the reliability by cronbach coefficient alpha of greater than 0.80 for
