การศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียน เป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครูในเขตอำเภอบรรพตพิสัย จังหวัดนครสวรรค์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่ เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครูและการปฏิบัติจริงในสถานศึกษาของเขตอำเภอบรรพตพิสัย จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้น ผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามความคาดหวังของครูกับการปฏิบัติจริงของสถานศึกษาในเขตอำเภอบรรพตพิสัย จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือครูในเขตอำเภอบรรพตพิสัย สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์เขต 2 จำนวน 192 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียน เป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครูในเขตอำเภอบรรพตพิสัย อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ส่วนการปฏิบัติจริงอยู่ ในระดับปานกลางและระดับมาก

2. ระดับความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อบทบาทการปฏิบัติจริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการ ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครูในเขตอำเภอบรรพตพิสัย พบว่าความ คาดหวังของครูในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญในด้านสนับสนุนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ต่างๆ ด้านสนับสนุนการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการกำกับติดตามประเมินผล เปรียบเทียบ กับการปฏิบัติจริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the role of school administrators in promoting studentcentered learning as perceived by the teachers in Banphot Phisai district and on their actual performace in supporting the facilities, their role in supervising the students, and their role in promoting, monitoring and evaluation. The subjects were 192 teachers from 50 schools in Banphot Phisai district, Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area 2. The tool used in this study was a 5–point rating scale questionnaire about their opinions on the role of school administrators. Data analysis was through using percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.

The results showed that

1. Teachers’opinions regarding the role of school administrators in promoting student as perceived by the teachers in Banphot Phisai district are, overall, at a high level in every aspect where as the actual performance falls between a moderate up to a high level.

2. The opinions of the teachers on the role and practice of school administrators in promoting the learning of students are important, as perceived by the teachers in the district Banphot Phisai. The expectations of teachers are in promoting student learning by supporting facilities, supervision, teaching and learning monitoring and evaluation. Compared to the actual performance of school administrators, the difference is statistically significant at the .05 level.
