แนวทางการแก้ปัญหายาบ้าของบ้านห้วยป่าปก ตำบลบ้านไร่ อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการแก้ปัญหายาบ้า และนำเสนอแนวทางการ แก้ปัญหายาบ้าของบ้านห้วยป่าปก ตำบลบ้านไร่ อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง คือ ช่วงที่ 1 ศึกษาปัญหาการแก้ปัญหายาบ้าของบ้านห้วยป่าปก ตำบลบ้านไร่ อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี และช่วงที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหายาบ้าของบ้านห้วยป่าปก ตำบลบ้านไร่ อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัด อุทัยธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตหมู่บ้านห้วยป่าปก ตำบลบ้านไร่ อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัด อุทัยธานีจำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบสอบถามปัญหาการแก้ปัญหายาบ้า เป็นแบบ ประมาณค่า 4 ระดับมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.73 2) แบบบันทึกสรุปผลการสนทนากลุ่มของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัญหาการแก้ปัญหายาบ้าของบ้านห้วยป่าปก ตำบลบ้านไร่ อำเภอบ้านไร่ จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ในภาพรวมมีปัญหาระดับมาก

2. แนวทางการแก้ปัญหายาบ้าของบ้านห้วยป่าปก ตำบลบ้านไร่ อำเภอบ้านไร่จังหวัดอุทัยธานี มี 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการป้องกัน โดยฝึกวิทยากรใหม่ออกปฏิบัติงานให้เกิดความชำนาญจัดค่าตอบแทนให้ เหมาะสมกับทุกฝ่ายที่ออกปฏิบัติ 2) ด้านการปราบปราม โดยจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมด้านการข่าว การแจ้งข่าว มีรหัสและเป็นความลับโดยถูกต้องมีกฎหมายรองรับเป็นศูนย์ข่าวโดยเฉพาะ จัดอุปกรณ์ ค่าตอบแทนให้ เหมาะสม และ 3) ด้านการแก้ไขบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟู โดยจัดการฝึกอบรมผู้ที่มีจิตอาสาและมี ประสบการณ์ผ่านการบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูแล้วเพื่อให้มีความเข้าใจผู้เข้ารับการบำบัดได้ดี

Abstract

The purpose of this research to solve amphetamine problems as well as provde the process of solving amphetamine problems at Baanhuipapok, Baanrai District, Uthaithani province. The procedure of the research are divided into two sections:1. Study the participants problems of solving amphetamine problems at Baanhuipapok, Baanrai district Uthaithani province. 2. Study process of participation with solving amphetamine problems at Baanhuipapok, Baanrai district Uthaithani province. The participants are the inhabitants who live in Baanhuipapok, Baanrai district Uthaithani province. Random sampling is used for selecting the 254 participants. The research tools are: 1) The questionnaire which are about participation problems of solving amphetamine problems of the community. 2) The expert’s group conversation summary notes.

The Results of this research :

1. The problems in the project at Baanhuipapok, Baanrai subdistrict, Baanrai district Uthaithani province were at high levels.

2. The process of solving amphetamine problems at Baanhuipapok, Baanrai subdistrict, Baanrai district Uthaithani province has 3 subjects: 1) the protection has provided the new lectures to operate and gain an experience and prepared the proper wages for all departments for their operating. 2) the suppression has provided the news training, declaring of the news which having the password which is the legal secret that is the particular news center and be confidential by laws, and 3) the treatment and rehabilitation has provided the training for people who have the mental volunteer and treatment and rehabilitation experiences which these people will understand those treated at the treatment center.
