การศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในโรงเรียน ขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและ ครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย จำนวน 154 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ แบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาเป็นแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย

2. ปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย เมื่อจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน พบว่ามีปัญหาแตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract

The purposes of this investigation were to study and compare the problems in the administration of early childhood education in small schools of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, The sample included 154 of school administrators and pre-school teachers selected through a stratified sampling technique. The rating scale questionnaire were used to correct data, and the statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, means, standard deviation, and t-test.

The findings revealed the following:

1. For both the overall and each specifice, the problems in the administration of early childhood education in small schools under the jurisdiction of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were at the low level.

2. Regarding the comparison of the opinions of the school administrators and those of the preschool teachers on problems in the administration of early childhood education in small schools under the jurisdiction of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, when classified by positions, academic degrees, and work experience, the overall opinions and each specific were statistically different at 0.01 level of significance.
