Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานและแนวทางปรับปรุงการทำงานเป็น กิจกรรมลูกเสือ-เนตรนารีสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา 35 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ครูปฏิบัติการสอน ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการ สอนลูกเสือ-เนตรนารีสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 305 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และ แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มีระดับการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมลูกเสือ-เนตรนารีสามัญ รุ่นใหญ่ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ใน ระดับมาก หากพิจารณาเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยได้แก่ ด้านการนำองค์กร ด้านการจัดองค์กร ด้านการควบคุม และด้านการวางแผน

สำหรับแนวทางปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมลูกเสือ-เนตรนารีสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ด้านการวางแผน คือต้องมีความชัดเจน ด้านการจัดองค์กร ควรมีการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือเข้ารับการ ฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือ-เนตรนารีสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในระดับที่สูงขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะและ ความสามารถ ด้านการนำองค์กร ควรส่งเสริมกองลูกเสือ-เนตรนารีสามัญรุ่นใหญ่เข้าร่วมงานพิธีวันสำคัญ ทางลูกเสือในระดับต่างๆ และด้านการควบคุมควรปรับปรุงแผนการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมลูกเสือ-เนตรนารี สามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในโรงเรียนให้เป็นไปตามผลการประเมิน

Abstract

This research was aimed to study the state of Boy-Scout and Girl Guide activity operation and the guidelines to improve the activity operation in the schools attached to the Office of Secondary Educational Service area 35. The studied sample consisted of 305 school administrators and unit leader teachers in the academic year 2011. The set of questionnaire was used to collect the needed data. The collected data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The research results indicated that the state of the Boy-Scout and Girl Guide activity operation was rated at high level, as a whole. Considering the mean scores of each aspect, the leading, the organizing, the controlling, and the planning were in descending order.

Regarding the improving guidelines, the clear targets of operation should be identified; the scout training for the unit leader should be promoted; the scout unit of the school should be encouraged to join the scout ceremony; and the evaluation of scout operation should be used as an improving tools.
