แนวทางการดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดชัยนาท

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนใน จังหวัดชัยนาท กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดชัยนาท จำนวน 118 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชน ในจังหวัดชัยนาท วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดชัยนาท ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปาน กลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตรมีปัญหาสูงที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศภายใน ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และด้านการจัดการ เรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ

2. แนวทางการดำเนินงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดชัยนาท ด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหาร หลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study problems with academic administration of private Chai Nat schools and present Academic Guidelines of private Chai Nat school. The samples used in the research were 118 technical managers Chai Nat private of schools. The tools used in the research were questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The research results were as follows:

1. The problem with Administration of in Chai Nat private schools is the ability to help oneself. Evaluation of education for example is important of testing samples and evaluating the quality of education .

2. Guidelines for Academic Administration of Chai Nat private schools tend to assess activity. Adaptation teaches the pupil to be efficient and product the ability to help oneself Evaluating the education such as the explanation gives the teacher sees to importance of evaluating quality of education.
