Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาการ ดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยรวม และรายด้านมีการดำเนินงานอยู่ ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย คือ ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา ด้านการ พัฒนาและส่งเสริมนักเรียน ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน และด้านการส่งต่อ ตามลำดับ

2. ปัญหาการดำเนินงาน คือ ขาดการดำเนินงานตามกระบวนการที่กำหนดไว้ ครูขาดเครื่องมือที่มี ประสิทธิภาพในการรวบรวมข้อมูล และคัดกรองนักเรียน ผู้ปกครองไม่มีเวลาเข้าร่วมประชุมกับทางโรงเรียน นักเรียนมีปัญหาทางด้านครอบครัว มีพฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ ผู้ปกครองไม่เข้าใจการดำเนินงานส่งต่อ นักเรียนที่มีปัญหา แนวทางแก้ไข คือ ควรจัดกิจกรรมตามกระบวนการ ควรจัดหาเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการคัด กรองนักเรียนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ควรนัดพบนอกเวลาเป็นรายๆ ครูและผู้ปกครองควรร่วมมือกันให้เป็นที่ ปรึกษาแก่ลูกหลานอยู่เสมอ

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the state of advising and helping student system operation and the problems and the appropriate solution in the small primary schools Attached to the Office of Primary Educational LamPang Service Area 1

The research results showed that :

1. The advising and helping student system operation was rated at a high level, as a whole. Considering the mean score of each aspect, the preventing and problem solving activity, the student supporting activity, the individual knowing activity, the case selecting activity, and the case transferring activity were in descending order.

2. Regardings the problem, it indicated that the lack of systematic operation, the lack of appropriate tool for collecting the data and for case selecting activity, the lack of time for parent-teacher meetings, the student’s family problems and the lack of understanding on case transferring activity of the parents. Sussested solutions: a systematic operation should be done; the appropriate tools for each activity should be provided; parent-teacher meeting should be set up in the appropriate time; and the teachers and the parents should be participated for helping and advising the student.
