การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษาและเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบ การจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์ โดยใช้วิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม การสัมภาษณ์ การ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการพิจารณาตัดสินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ที่ได้จากผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา จำนวน 39 คน คือ ผู้นำและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาองค์กรกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ผู้บริหารงานกิจการนักศึกษาระดับคณะ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านงานกิจการนักศึกษา ผลการศึกษาสรุปมีดังนี้

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษามีรูปแบบที่คล้ายกัน ซึ่งแต่ละองค์กรกิจกรรมมีการกระจายกิจกรรม ตลอดทั้งปี แต่มีความถี่ของการจัดกิจกรรมแตกต่างกันในแต่ละช่วงเดือน และรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่ไม่มีความ หลากหลายโดยเน้นกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวกับประเพณีศิลปวัฒนธรรม น้อยที่สุดคือส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ส่วน การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา มีข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้ 1. ควรจัดกิจกรรมที่มุ่งส่งเสริมการ แก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาสังคม/ท้องถิ่น การเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษามี จิตสาธารณะ และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของนักศึกษา 2. ควรมีระบบกลไกการบริหารงานกิจกรรม นักศึกษาโดยกำหนดให้เป็นภาระงานของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา พร้อมทั้งจัดหาเงินงบประมาณและทรัพยากร สนับสนุนกิจกรรมจากเอกชน และจัดทำคู่มือการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา 3. มีการประเมินผลและรายงานผลการ ประเมินให้ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ นักศึกษาทราบทุกครั้งนำผลการประเมินมาใช้ประโยชน์ปรับปรุงแก้ไขเพื่อ พัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งต่อไปให้มีประสิทธิภาพมาก

Abstract

This research aims to study and develop the models for organizing student activities in Uttaradit Rajabhat University. The research has been carried out by studying the group conversations, interviewing, content analysis, and consideration by 39 experts who are involved in organizing activities for the student in Uttaradit Rajabhat University. They include leaders and advisor teachers of student activities organization, executives of student activities at the faculty level and qualified experts in organizing student activities.

It is found that the patterns of student activities organizing in Uttaradit Rajabhat University are likely to be resembled. While activities are distributed throughout the year, the frequency of activities organizing appears to be different in particular months. By putting their emphasis on Thai tradition and culture, and socially beneficent activities, the patterns do not seem to be so various. As for the development of models for this account, this research suggests 1) there should be encouraging activities for solving and improving the local communities as a preparation for the coming of ASEAN Economic Community; 2) there should be systematic machinery in administration for student activities organizing by assigning them responsibility or work of advisor teachers, and by providing budget and resource from private sector to support the activities, and making handbooks about student activities organizing; and 3) there should be evaluation of student activities organizing and report them to the university’s executives, teachers, and students in order to improve the following activities organizing as most benefit.
