การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยรถไฟบนเส้นทางยุคสมัยแห่งล้านนา

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์โดยรถไฟบนเส้นทางยุคสมัยแห่งล้านนา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการและการมีส่วนร่วมของพื้นที่รวมถึงหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ การประชุมกลุ่มย่อยและการศึกษาภาคสนามเป็นเครื่องในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการเจาะจง จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดจำนวน 180 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ตารางวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงิน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การประเมินความไปได้ในการลงทุนธุรกิจตามโครงการท่องเที่ยวรถไฟภายใต้ข้อสมมติฐานทางการเงินและเครื่องมือประเมินโครงการ จะทำให้ผู้ลงทุนได้รับผลตอบแทนในรูปแบบกำไรสุทธิและสินทรัพย์สุทธิเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิมีค่าเป็นบวก งวดเวลาคืนทุนมีระยะเวลาอยู่ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ และมีอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในที่จะได้รับสูงกว่าอัตราผลตอบแทนขั้นต่ำที่ต้องการ ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์เครื่องมือประเมินโครงการอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่สามารถตัดสินใจลงทุน
