ความรู้ในการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์ของเกษตรกรภายใต้โครงการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้ของเกษตรกรภายใต้โครงการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เกษตรกรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการส่งเสริมการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์ จำนวน 123 ราย ประเมินความรู้โดยใช้ข้อสอบแบบถูกผิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนนำมาแบ่งระดับความรู้เป็น 5 ระดับ ได้แก่ น้อยที่สุด น้อย ปานกลาง มาก และ มากที่สุด ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 65.9) เป็นเพศหญิง จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา (ร้อยละ 72.4) มีอายุเฉลี่ย 59.38 ปี มีประสบการณ์ปลูกข้าวอินทรีย์เฉลี่ย 4.79 ปี มีพื้นที่ปลูกข้าวอินทรีย์เฉลี่ย 8.66 ไร่ จากการวัดระดับความรู้พบว่าเกษตรกรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ทั้งหมด มีความรู้ในการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์ในระดับมากที่สุด เกษตรกรมากกว่าร้อยละ 80 ตอบคำถามถูกต้อง 13 ประเด็น โดยประเด็นที่เกษตรกรตอบผิดมากที่สุด 2 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) ความชื้นควรอยู่ที่ 16 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และ 2) ใช้เครื่องเกี่ยวนวดที่เกี่ยวข้าวอื่นมาก่อนหน้านั้นได้
