บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ: โครงการทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน (TO BE NUMBER ONE) ริเริ่มโดยพระดำริของทูลกระหม่อมหญิงอุบลรัตนราชกัญญาสิริวัฒนาพรรณวดีเพื่อรณรงค์ป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดโดยมุ่งให้เด็กและเยาวชนใช้เวลาว่างร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างความกล้าคิด กล้าทำ กล้าแสดงออก ตามปณิธาน "ทุกคนเป็นหนึ่งได้โดยไม่พึ่งยาเสพติด" วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาต้นแบบการสื่อสารส่งเสริมเด็กและเยาวชนโครงการทูบีนัมเบอร์วันพื้นที่ภาคใต้ สนองพระดำริทูลกระหม่อมหญิงอุบลรัตนราชกัญญา สิริวัฒนาพรรณวดี ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร (Documentary Research) โดยศึกษาข้อมูลเอกสารทางวิชาการ รายงานการวิจัย บทความวิชาการ และแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศาสตร์พระราชาในการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผลการวิจัย: พบว่า โครงการทูบีนัมเบอร์วันประสบความสำเร็จในการเอาชนะปัญหายาเสพติด และปัจจุบันได้นำนวัตกรรมสมัยใหม่มาใช้ในการส่งเสริมการต่อต้านยาเสพติดและภัยออนไลน์ สรุป: ต้นแบบการสื่อสารที่ประสบความสำเร็จประกอบด้วยการนำปัจจัยสำคัญ 3 ส่วนมาใช้ 1) กระบวนทัศน์ใหม่ว่าด้วยคุณค่าของความรัก เช่น ความรักเป็นวัฒนธรรมที่งดงามและสร้างสรรค์และความรักเป2) ศีลธรรมหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ทั้งการประหยัด อด ออม และเดินทางสายกลาง 3) ช่องทางเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย ได้แก่ สื่อโซเชียล (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter) และสื่อโทรทัศน์ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชน ที่มีคุณภาพของประเทศชาติ
