Abstract
Introduction: The TO BE NUMBER ONE project originated from the initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Siriwattana Phannawadee to campaign for drug prevention and solution, encouraging children and youth to utilize their free time in activities that foster courage to think, act, and express themselves, under the motto "Everyone can be a 'Number One' without relying on drugs." Objective: to study the communication prototype for promoting children and youth in the TO BE NUMBER ONE project in the Southern region, in response to Her Royal Highness's initiative. Methods: used was Documentary Research, involving the examination of academic papers, research reports, scholarly articles, and theoretical concepts related to the King's Philosophy for sustainable development. Results: indicate that the project was successful in overcoming the initial drug problems, and today, it utilizes modern innovation to promote drug resistance and online threat awareness. Conclusion: the successful communication prototype for the project's promotion relies on the integration of three key factors: 1) A New Paradigm on the Value of Love, viewing love as a beautiful, creative culture and a form of morality; 2) The Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, emphasizing saving, thrift, and the middle path; and 3) Modern Technology Channels, including social media (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter) and television media. These factors are expected to lead to the development of quality children and youth for the nation.
