SATISFACTION IN ONLINE TEACHING MANAGEMENT AMONG CHINESE STUDENTS IN BACHELOR'S DEGREE AT FACULTY OF COMMUNICATION ARTS, BANGKOKTHONBURI UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study the satisfaction of teaching and learning among undergraduate Chinese students in the Faculty of Communication Arts, Bangkokthonburi University. This research is quantitative research. The data collection model used a questionnaire for Chinese students of the Faculty of Communication Arts, Bangkokthonburi University. An online questionnaire of Likert’s 5 level rating scale was used to define the following options: the highest, moderate, less and the least. Data statistics analysis used were Percentage and Mean to find the satisfaction level of 49 Chinese students of academic year 2017 - 2020 towards the management of undergraduate teaching and learning in the Faculty of Communication Arts, Bangkokthonburi University. The questionnaire had 6 areas: 1. Curriculum 2. Instructors 3. Teaching and Learning Activities 4. Facilities 5. Measurement and Evaluation 6. Instructional Management.
The results of the research found that:
1) the Chinese undergraduate students in the Faculty of Communication Arts, Bangkok Thonburi University were satisfied with the overall management in very high level.
