Communication Model to Increase the Operational Efficiency of the Driving Committee in Reformatory Strategy Plan of Buddhism Affairs in Pathum Thani Provinc

Abstract

This study intended to study the guidelines under the communicational-styled policy proposal to increase the opata analysis, from the study found that. The guidelines under the communicational-styled policy proposal to increase the operational efficiency of Committee for the Driving of the Strategic Plan for Reform oftion, it receives cooperation from all network partners.  All organizations are fully supportive of Buddhist affairs accor abilities for various resources along with providing consultation on operational process, solving problems and obstacles that arise during the operation.  As for the communication problems and obstacles arise in the operation, such as problems arising from the lack of understanding  unication process, perception of news, coordination and communication channels.In addition, the suggestion of a communication model for enhancing the performance the committee driving the Strategic Reform of Buddhist Affairs in Pathum Thani, should be a variety of communication styles both formal and informal.  In order for the transmission of information to be accurate, complete and swift, there should be a variety of accessible communication channels.  Both one-way communication through public relations together with various public media and two-way communication to achieve exchange of ideas and can be applied to improve operation.  Besides, personnel should have the skills, knowledge and abilities to pass on the Strategic Reform of Buddhist Affairs to the stakeholders in order to achieve a common understanding of operating efficiency and should organize an efficient administration system by creating a working calendar to serve as a framework for meeting objectives within a limited time and budget.
