Abstract

Observational skill is an essential skill for nursing student should to practice and learn concept of nursing at the same time as same as critical skill, clinical judgement and communication skill. Instructional design for encourage nursing student to enhance observational skill or Clinical observational skill must be challenging for nursing instructor. They need to clearly understand about concept and tactics until they would design about observational experience for nursing students. In order that the students could conclusion about patient's needs and health problem through the observational skill. Finally, they can make a decision for planning and providing the effective care for the patient.
