Listening and satisfaction behavior, From the list of Rak plaeng Thai song program Radio Broadcasting Authority of Thailand AM.837 Khz

Abstract
This study aimed to study 1) to study the listening behavior of Rak plaeng Thai song program in Bangkok. 2) to study the satisfaction of Rak plaeng Thai song program organized by Radio Brm organized by Radio Broadcasting Authority of Thailand AM.837 Khz of listeners in Bangkok that vary according to listening behavior. The results of the research study can be summarized as follows: Most of the listeners are female, aged 40 years or more, graduated with bachelor's degree, have a career in government service / state enterprise and have monthly income 30,001-50,000 baht. As for the listening behavior of Rak plaeng Thai song program, it was found that most of the listeners had a frequency of listening by listening frequently (3-4 days / week) and the listening period was about 2 years. By listening all the time, not changing to other waves, use the listening facility at work and getting to know the program from friends suggesting to listen. In terms of the satisfaction of Rak plaeng Thai song program organized by the Radio Br satisfaction from the Rak plaeng Thai song program organized by the Radio Broadcasting Authority of Thailand AM.837 Khz of listeners in Bangkok. The satisfaction of the program listeners was significantly different at 0.05 level.
