FACTORS AFFECTING THE SERVICE QUALITY OF THE PROVINCIAL ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY BANG NA RANG DISTRICT PHICHIT PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the factors affecting the service quality of the Provincial Electricity Authority, Bang Na Rang District. Phichit Province And to study the service quality of the Provincial Electricity Authority, Bueng Narang District Phichit Province The tool used is a questionnaire to collect data from electricity users who come to use the service at the Provincial Electricity Authority. In the Bang Na Rang district Phichit Province, consisting of 400 people. Statistical data used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. And inferential statistics used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Regression Analysis. Statistical significance is determined at 0.05 level.
