บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุอิทธิพลของคุณภาพการให้บริการ การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิต และความตั้งใจใช้บริการซ้ำผ่านทางพฤติกรรมดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง และความพึงพอใจในชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่ใช้บริการสถานประกอบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย และ (2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตและความตั้งใจใช้บริการซ้ำของผู้สูงอายุที่ใช้บริการสถานประกอบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิต และความตั้งใจใช้บริการซ้ำ พบว่า (1) คุณภาพการให้บริการ การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อพฤติกรรมดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง (2) คุณภาพการให้บริการ การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม สิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และพฤติกรรมดูแลสุขภาพตนเองมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจในชีวิต (3) พฤติกรรมดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง และความพึงพอใจในชีวิตมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อคุณภาพชีวิต และ (4) พฤติกรรมดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง และความพึงพอใจในชีวิตมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการซ้ำ เมื่อพิจารณาค่าอิทธิพล พบว่า พฤติกรรมดูแลสุขภาพตนเองมีอิทธิพลทางตรง และอิทธิพลรวมสูงสุด คุณภาพการให้บริการมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมสูงสุด และโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างที่ปรับใหม่มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
