Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1. to study satisfaction level toward


Bachelor Program in Communications Arts (Bilingual) Faculty of Communication Arts


Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University 2. to compare satisfaction level toward Bachelor


Program in Communications Arts (Bilingual) classified by gender and education level.


The sample were 64 students including 1-4 Program in Communications Arts (Bilingual)


in the second semester of the academic year 2019. The questionnaire was used as


the tool for data collection. The data was analyzed in term of frequency, percentage,


means, standard deviation, T-test, One – way ANOVA, and Scheffe method.


The results from this research indicated as follows: 1. satisfaction level


toward Bachelor Program in Communications Arts (Bilingual) was at the high level


(Mean=4.42, S.D.=0.52) 2. students with different gender had no the different level in


satisfaction toward Bachelor Program in Communications Arts (Bilingual). Furthermore,


students with different education level had the different level in satisfaction toward


Furthermore with the statistical significance at .05 level.
