บทคัดย่อ

The study was conducted to explore townhome purchasing behavior at
Thanasiri group public company limited. The questionnaire was applied as a tool to
collect data. The samples used in the study were 105 people visiting the townhome
of Thanasiri Group Public Company Limited. Descriptive statistics used in data
analysis included frequency, percentage, crosstabs hypothesizing that personal factors
correlated with the behavior of townhome purchase at Thanasiri group public
company limited.


The results of the study revealed that customers visiting the townhome
of Thanasiri Group Public Company Limited had chosen to buy the townhome
at Thanasio Project, Rattanathibet (Soi Wat Phai Laung) the most with its 3-storey
townhome (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces) 120 square meter utility
space (6 m. width), and 20 - 30 square wa land size. The reason for purchasing housing
was for being the residential place with the budget of 3,500,000 - 4,000,000 baht.
The reasons for choosing Thanasiri Group Plc. were the project location and
convenient transportation. Also, people who had influence on the townhome
purchase were parents or relatives; and the frequency of visits to the project before
making a purchase decision was two visits within 1 - 3 months by themselves.
