Administrative Factors Affecting The Organizational Commitment of The Teachers in Private School in Udonthani Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are  1. To study the attitude impact of management in a private school in Udonthani province.   2.  To evaluate the engagement of teachers in a private school in Udonthani.  And      3. To examine the management factor that influence the engagement of private school teachers in Udonthani.  A total sample of 289 teachers from 40 schools was randomized and stratified.  Five-point scale questionnaires were used as a research tool.  Data were analyzed by SPSS version 23 with a level of the confidence interval of 0.95.

          Results:

1. The overall attitude impact of management has a high impact. The highest score is the leadership and the lowest impact is motivation.


2. The engagement level of private school teachers is high. The highest variable is a commitment to the benefit of the organization.  The lowest impact is trust, faith, and the organization's core value. 


3. The regression analysis of the four management factors used in this research are; communication factor, organization environment factor, leadership factor, and teamwork. Results showed that the communication factor is the highest impact the engagement of private school teachers in Udonthani 94.90%, statistically significant level 0.05.
