การศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชน ของนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาชุมชน มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชนและสำรวจคุณลักษณะผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชนของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาชุมชน ภาควิชาจิตวิทยาและการแนะแนวคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งเป็นสองกลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มแรกเป็นอาจารย์สอนในระดับมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาเอก ในสาขาวิชา จิตวิทยาการให้คำปรึกษา จำนวน 17 คน เพื่อใช้ในการศึกษาองค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะของผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชน กลุ่มที่สองเป็นนักศึกษาสาขาวิชา จิตวิทยาชุมชน ภาควิชาจิตวิทยาและการแนะแนว คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 131 คน เพื่อใช้ในการสำรวจคุณลักษณะผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชน

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นที่สอดคล้องกันจำนวน 23คุณลักษณะ และคุณลักษณะของผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชนที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทุกคนเห็นสอดคล้องกันมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (M=5.000) ได้แก่ ชอบที่จะรู้จักผู้อื่น มีความตั้งใจช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นมองโลกในแง่ดี เป็นผู้รับฟังที่ดีมีความจริงใจ ควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ และมีความเสียสละ

2. นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาชุมชน มีคุณลักษณะผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M=3.895) และมีคุณลักษณะเพียง 1ด้านที่มีคุณลักษณะอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือด้านการเปิดเผยตนเอง (M=3.489) และมีคุณลักษณะผู้ให้คำปรึกษาชุมชนด้านการยอมรับหลักคำสอนของแต่ละศาสนาสูงที่สุด (M=4.412) รองลงมาคือการมีความรับผิดชอบ (M=4.305) และด้านการมองโลกในแง่ดี (M=4.193) ตามลำดับ

Study of Characteristics of Community Counselors of Students in Community Psychology Division, Silpakorn University

The objectives of this research were to study the characteristic components of community counselors and survey such characteristics of community counselors of students in Community Psychology Division, Psychology and Guidance Department at Silpakorn University. The subjects were separately studied into two groups, the first group consisted of 17 lecturers who obtained a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, teach Counseling Psychology in a university, and are representative of the study of the characteristic components of community counselors. The second group included 131 students in Community Psychology Division, Psychology and Guidance Department at Silpakorn University who were selected for the survey of the characteristic components of community counselors.

The results of the study are shown as follows;

1. According to the community counselors’ characteristic components analysis, the common opinions of professionals in 23 characteristics equaled a maximum mean (M=5.000). They are human relationships, intension to help and support, optimism, good listener, sincere, emotional stability and sacrifice.

2. Students in Community Psychology Division had overall community counselor characteristic components at a highest level (M= 3.895), except for the self-disclosure characteristic with a moderate level (M=3.489). Additionally, the spirituality component obtained the highest level (M=4.412), following by responsibility (M=4.305) and optimism (M=4.193) respectively.
