แอพพลิเคชันการท่องเที่ยวสำหรับผูสู้งอายุในภูมิภาคตะวันตก

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานและความต้องการข้อมูลด้านการท่องเที่ยวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในภูมิภาคตะวันตกรวมทั้งวิเคราะห์รูปแบบแอพพลิเคชันและพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลบนแอพพลิเคชันสำหรับการ ท่องเที่ยวที่ไร้ความเร่งรีบสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในภูมิภาคตะวันตกโดยการศึกษาในพื้นที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ราชบุรี เพชรบุรี และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ การดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พื้นฐานในการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลตามความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยว ผู้ประกอบการ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในภูมิภาคตะวันตก 4 จังหวัด โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและใช้แบบสอบถามเชิงปริมาณและแบบสอบถามเชิงลึก ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนาฐานข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวสำหรับผูสู้งอายุในภูมิภาคตะวันตกโดยการออกแบบและสร้างแอพพลิเคชัน ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องรวมทั้งการทดลองใช้แอพพลิเคชันที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสำหรับ นักท่องเที่ยวสูงอายุมีการประเมินผลการใช้ฐานข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ระดับลึก

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 402 คนจะทำการสืบค้นข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานที่ ท่องเที่ยวและเชื่อถือข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่สืบค้นคิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.95 จากแหล่งข้อมูลที่ตนมีความเชื่อมั่น โดยสืบค้นข้อมูลการเดินทางไปยังแหล่งท่องเที่ยวมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.03 กลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวสูงอายุเป็นผู้ที่เกิดก่อนยุคที่ จะมีการพัฒนาคอมพิวเตอร์และโทรศัพท์มือถือ (ก่อน พ.ศ. 2498) แต่ก็ยังมีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้การใช้งาน สื่อเทคโนโลยีได้อย่างดีและยังได้แสดงความสนใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชันเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวมากถึงร้อยละ 82.59 ในการอบรมการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชัน Western Thailand สำหรับผู้สูงอายุพบว่าผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการอบรมฯ มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดในด้านปุ่มคำสั่งในการเลือกและข้อความลิงค์สื่อความหมายได้ชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย ใช้ตัวอักษรที่ เหมาะสม สามารถอ่านได้ง่ายและชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ยังมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดในด้านภาพประกอบต่างๆ ที่สื่อความหมายได้ชัดเจนและการจัดองค์ประกอบโดยรวมที่มีความกลมกลืน ดูน่าสนใจและใช้งานง่าย ในการประเมินผลฐานข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์นักท่องเที่ยวจำนวน 12 คนพบว่าแอพพลิเคชันมีประโยชน์มาก ช่วยทำให้เกิดความสะดวกสบาย ทำให้สามารถเดินทางไปในสถานที่ที่ไม่รู้จักได้ง่ายขึ้น ช่วยให้นักท่องเที่ยว สามารถค้นหาข้อมูลของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวได้ด้วยตนเอง

Senior Tourism Application in Western Thailand

The objectives of this research were to study the basic information and the need for seniortourist in the western region and to analyze the application forms and develop database on applications for seniorslow tourism inKanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, and PrachuapKhiri Khan. The study was conducted on the Research and Development basis. The procedure of the research comprised of 2 steps which were step 1, study and analyze basic information used for developing database according to the need of tourists, entrepreneurs and involving sectors in the western region in the area of 4 provinces and step 2, develop the tourist database for seniors in the western region by designing and building the application with the involving sectors, organized the workshop for senior tourists. The use of database was evaluated by in-depth interview.

The findings showed that questionnaire answerer were 402 seniors. They searched for tourist places information from the reliable information sources they believed 59.95% by which 43.03% of them search for travelling information. The senior tourist group was born before the development of computer and mobile phone (before 1955). However, they could be able to learn to use technological media well and showed the interest in using applications about 82.59%. In the workshop for using Western Thailand application for seniors, the participants were satisfied most with the tool bottom and the link messages were precise, were easy to understand, and used appropriate letters which were easy to read and obvious. Moreover, the satisfaction was at the most level for the illustrations which conveyed the meaning clearly. The composition management was totally harmonious, interesting, and easy to use. The evaluation of database by in-depth interviewing 12 tourists showed that the application is very useful and convenient and helps to travel to the unknown places more easily. The tourists could also search for the information of the tourist places by themselves.
