การพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาวอลเลย์บอล บาสเกตบอล แฮนด์บอลและวู้ดบอล สำหรับประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาวอลเลย์บอล บาสเกตบอล แฮนด์บอล และวู้ดบอล สำหรับประเทศไทย โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร การวิจัยเดลฟาย การประชุมกลุ่มย่อย และการประชุมวิพากษ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม และแนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกีฬาแต่ละประเภท จำนวน 100 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มาตรฐานวิชาชีพผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาแบ่งเป็น 3 ระดับ ประกอบด้วย ระดับต้น ระดับกลาง และระดับสูง และ สมรรถนะมาตรฐานวิชาชีพผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬา แบ่งเป็น 3 สมรรถนะ ประกอบด้วย 1. สมรรถนะทั่วไป จำนวน 29 ข้อ 2. สมรรถนะหลัก จำนวน 27 ข้อ และ 3. สมรรถนะตามหน้าที่ จำนวน 22 ข้อ

Professional Standard Development of Sport Coaches in Volleyball, Basketball, Handball and Woodball for Thailand

The purpose of this study was to develop professional standards of sport coaches in volleyball, basketball, handball and woodball for Thailand. It employed documentary study, Delphi technique, focus group discussion and critical conference with 100 experts and key informants of each type of sport. Research tools included questionnaire and guideline for focus group discussion. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, median, interquartile range and content analysis. The results were as follows: 1) professional standards of sport coaches were classified into 3 levels consisted of primary level, intermediate level and higher level, and 2) professional standard of sport coaches competencies were classified into 3 competencies, i.e. general competency 29 items, core competency 27 items, and functional competency 22 items.
