บทบาทของอาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ต่อแนวทางการปฏิรูปการศึกษา จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาการรับรู้และความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับการปฏิรูปการศึกษา จังหวัดกาญจนบุรีของอาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ 2) ศึกษาบทบาทของอาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ต่อแนวทางการ ปฏิรูปการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี 3) ศึกษาแนวทางส่งเสริมการปฏิรูปการศึกษาของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาใน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง (เชิงปริมาณ) ได้แก่ อาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 42 คน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย (เชิงคุณภาพ) ได้แก่ อาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์และเคยลงพื้นที่เรื่อง การปฏิรูป การศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1) แบบสอบถาม 2)แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาการรับรู้และความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับการปฏิรูปการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีของอาจารย์ คณะครุศาสตร์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการศึกษาบทบาทของอาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ต่อแนวทาง การปฏิรูปการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ผลการศึกษาแนวทางส่งเสริม การปฏิรูปการศึกษาของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากThe role of the Faculty of Education to reform education in Kanchanaburi

This research aims to 1) study, awareness and understanding. About education reform Kanchanaburi’s Faculty of Education, 2) study the role of the Faculty of Education to reform the Kanchanaburi 3) study the promotion of education reform of higher education institutions in Kanchanaburi. The sample (quantitative) include. Faculty of Education Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University 42 Target (qualitative) include. Experienced instructors, and once in a subject area. Education reform Kanchanaburi 4 was used in this study 1) questionnaire. 2) Interview. The statistics used in this research is the average () standard deviation (S.D.) and content analysis.

The results showed that: 1) of perception and understanding. About education reform Kanchanaburi’s Faculty of Education the overall level. 2) the role of the Faculty of Education to reform the Kanchanaburi the overall high level. 3)study approaches to education reform of higher education institutions in Kanchanaburi the overall high level.
