การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อนำความสุขสู่ผู้เรียน

บทคัดย่อ

การจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อนำความสุขสู่ผู้เรียนเป็นประเด็นสำคัญในการเรียนการสอนที่ครูจะต้องให้ ความสนใจแก่ผู้เรียนเพื่อทำให้ผู้เรียนบรรลุเป้าหมายในการเรียนรู้และบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ความสุขของผู้เรียนเป็นอารมณ์ หรือความรู้สึกของผู้เรียนที่เกิดความพึงพอใจ เกิดความสนุกสนานเพลิดเพลิน ตลอดจนเกิดความรู้สึกสบายใจในขณะเรียน พบว่า ปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้ผู้เรียนไม่มีความสุขในการเรียน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยจากตัวผู้เรียน ปัจจัยจากครูผู้สอนและปัจจัยจากสภาพแวดล้อม ความสุขของผู้เรียนจะประกอบด้วย 3 ด้านคือ ความสนใจใฝ่เรียนรู้ ความพึงพอใจในการเรียนและการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง นอกจากนี้แนวทาง สำคัญในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนมีความสุขในการเรียนรู้คือ บทบาทของครูผู้สอนในการสร้าง ปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้เรียน หาวิธีการ ใช้แนวคิด หลักการ และทฤษฎีทางจิตวิทยามาประยุกต์ในการจัดการเรียน การสอน โดยคำนึงถึงความถนัดและความสนใจของผู้เรียน แนวคิด ทฤษฎีทางจิตวิทยาที่นำมาใช้ใน การจัดการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ ขอบเขตแห่งการเรียนรู้ การช่วยเสริมสร้างศักยภาพแห่งการเรียนรู้ การสอน ความคิดรวบยอด การเสริมแรงทางลบ การใช้เบี้ยอรรถกร การเรียนรู้แบบกลุ่มร่วมมือ การวิเคราะห์งาน และ การถ่ายโยงการเรียนรู้Learning Management for Happiness of Learning

Instruction for happiness in Learning is the important issue that teachers must interested for make students to success in Learning Goal and Curriculum objective. Happiness of students are emotional or feeling that students satisfy, enjoyable and happy when they are studying. The important factors that make students not be happy in studying are the factor from student, the factor from teacher and the factor from the environment. Three happiness of students Factors are interesting, satisfy, and self-esteem. The way to manage learning for Happiness Learning is the role of teachers for reaction, methodology, concept, principle and Psychological Theory to apply in instruction by think about attitude and interesting of students. Concept and Psychological Theory for instruction and Zone of Proximal Development, Scaffolding,Concept Teaching, Negative Reinforcement, Token Economy, Cooperative Learning, Task Analysis and Transfer of Learning.
