The objective of this research is to develop blended training activities based on creative innovation teaching and promote the competency of teachers and educational personnel in Ratchaburi's Child Development Centers to introduce creative innovation. Additionally, the research aims to investigate the competency of those teachers and educational personnel to stimulate innovative teaching and attitude. The research instruments included a structured interview method, a plan for providing blended training activities based on creative innovation teaching, a form to assess the quality of the blended training activities, an assessment form to evaluate the outcome of implementing innovation, an achievement test, and an attitude test to determine how the samples respond to innovative teaching. The data was analyzed using statistics, which included percentage, mean (), and standard deviation (S.D.).
The research findings indicate that the quality of the blended training activities with creative innovation teaching was assessed as satisfactory (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.40, S.D. = 0.49) and that the results of the tests taken by teachers and educational personnel were positive. Specifically, those who participated in the blended training activities based on creative innovation teaching achieved higher scores than the benchmark (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 17.88, S.D. = 1.69). Moreover, the competency of participants for creative innovation was assessed to be high, with an average score of 9.61, or 89.4% of the total score. Finally, the attitude assessment of teachers and educational personnel towards innovative teaching was also positive, with a high average score (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.15, S.D. = 0.71).
