Teacher Empowerment Of School Administrators Affecting Teamwork Of Teachers Under Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of teacher empowerment by school administrators, 2) to study the level of teacher teamwork, 3) to examine the relationship between teacher empowerment by school administrators and teacher teamwork,and 4) to examine the factors of teacher empowerment by school administrators that affect teacher teamwork under the Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group consisted of 297 teachers teaching in the 2025 academic year, selected using Cohen’s power analysis table and multistage sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The overall and dimensional levels of teachers empowerment by school administrators were high. 2) The overall and dimensional levels of teachers teamwork were high.
3) Teachers empowerment by school administrators had a high positive relationship with teachers teamwork under the Office of Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, with statistical significance at the .01 level. And 4) The predictive equation of teachers empowerment by school administrators could explain 82.70% of the variance in teachers teamwork, affiliated with the Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
