The Relationship Between Creative Leadership and Human Resource Management of School Administrators Under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the creative leadership of school administrators, 2) the Human Resource Management of schools, and 3) the relationship between creative leadership and Human Resource Management of School Administrators under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 327 teachers in the 2025 academic year, determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table. Stratified random sampling based on school size and simple random sampling by lottery were employed. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that: 1) the creative leadership of school administrators, overall and in each aspect, was at the highest level, 2) personnel administration, overall, was at the highest level, and 3) creative leadership and personnel administration were positively correlated at a high level with the significance level of .01
