Abstract

Sustainable tourism is one of United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that member parties have tried to achieve, and is a major development goal for Thailand. Therefore, educational institutions should support this goal, which can be accomplished by developing students to gain knowledge and understanding about sustainable tourism.  Schools and teachers can support this development strategy by designing units that integrate sustainable tourism approach with local content or local attractions. In this article, 5 learning units have been presented under the activity set called Play and Learn: Enjoy five sustainable travel destinations, for schools and teachers to use as a guideline for student development.
