บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่องภูมิปัญญาการย้อมผ้าด้วยสีธรรมชาติที่เน้นแหล่งเรียนรู้ในชุมชน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการเรียนรู้ก่อนและหลังการใช้หลักสูตรเสริมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ภูมิปัญญาการย้อมผ้าด้วยสีธรรมชาติที่เน้นแหล่งเรียนรู้ในชุมชนเป็นฐาน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนวัดโพธิ์ศรี (สังวรราษฎร์นุสรณ์) อำเภอท่าวุ้ง จังหวัดลพบุรี ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 16 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) หลักสูตรเสริมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) แบบสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) 4) แบบทดสอบวัดผลการเรียนรู้ด้านความรู้ 5) แบบทดสอบทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าทดสอบ t-test แบบ Dependent Samples
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) หลักสูตรประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 12 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1. ความเป็นมา 2. วิสัยทัศน์ 3. หลักการ 4. จุดหมาย 5. คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 6. ผลการเรียนรู้ 7. สาระการเรียนรู้ 8. คำอธิบายรายวิชา 9. โครงสร้างหลักสูตร 10. แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ 11. สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และ 12. การวัดและประเมินผล 2) ผลเปรียบเทียบการเรียนรู้จากการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรเสริมการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ภูมิปัญญาการย้อมผ้าด้วยสีธรรมชาติที่เน้นแหล่งเรียนรู้ในชุมชนเป็นฐาน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลการเรียนรู้ด้านความรู้ และทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์หลังทดลองใช้หลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองใช้หลักสูตร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
