How to deal with anger

Abstract
Anger is normal human emotion that can occur. There are both benefits and disadvantages because if people cannot control their anger, it will create the power to destroy both themselves and others. Especially in the matter of good relationships between people. Our anger often comes from what we think. We can control everything. Likes to blame others for the problem rather than looking at himself. In addition, it will come from an upbringing that emphasizes using emotion rather than reason. The correct and best way to deal anger is Managing your own thoughts, must know how to analyze good results, the negative consequences that will occur, try to distract yourself and not dwell your anger, change your mind know how to be flexible without sticking to the same old ideas. At the same time, using “I message” technique will help build good relationships between each other and can help prevent anger. And we should consider creating stories that come from considering the events and stories of other people who are involved with us thoroughly and sincerely being open to listening to stories from them without any personal bias.
