Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the needs of desirable graduate characteristics from stakeholders of the Bachelor of Business Administration Program in Sports Management, National Sport University, Chiang Mai Campus based on 4 learning outcomes in accordance with the Higher Education Qualifications Standard 2022: knowledge, skills, attitudes, and personal characteristics. and 3) suggest guidelines for determining course-level learning outcomes. Research is mixed. The sample consisted of 1,200 graduate users, students, graduates, and prospective students. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Statistics used in data analysis include one-way ANOVA (F-test) and descriptive analysis by induction interpretation.
The results of the research were as follows:
1) The need for desirable graduate attributes. In descending order: skills, personal characteristics, knowledge, and ethics.
2) Stakeholders have different needs for desirable graduate attributes in all aspects. The most varied area is skills.
3) Curriculum-level learning outcomes should be defined with skills as a priority and focus on developing all sub-learning outcomes
