แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยเพื่อรองรับสังคมไทยในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในยุคดิจิทัลเป็นความท้าทายอย่างมากสำหรับการศึกษาในปัจจุบัน ท่ามกลางกระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วที่ไม่สามารถหยุดยั้งได้ การจัดการศึกษาจึงต้องมีการปรับตัวเพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมและแนวทางการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเด็กในยุคนี้ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว ซึ่งจะช่วยให้เด็กสามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งความรู้ได้อย่างกว้างขวาง รวดเร็ว และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ผู้สอนในยุคดิจิทัลจึงต้องปรับตัวให้เข้ากับการเรียนรู้ให้เท่าทันยุคสมัยที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตลอดเวลา เพื่อตอบสนองต่อการศึกษาในอนาคต บทความนี้มุ่งเสนอถึงแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยเพื่อรองรับสังคมไทยในยุคดิจิทัล เพื่อให้การศึกษาสามารถเดินทางสู่อนาคตที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงผ่านการจัดการศึกษาแบบดิจิทัลและให้เห็นถึงแนวทางทางการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยที่ต้องเป็นไปเพื่อเสริมสร้างพัฒนาการให้เป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์ทั้งร่างกาย อารมณ์ จิตใจ สังคม สติปัญญา และความรู้เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของเด็กให้มีทักษะและสมรรถนะที่สอดคล้องกับโลกยุคดิจิทัล ผลการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์พบว่า แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยเพื่อรองรับสังคมไทยในยุคดิจิทัล สามารถสรุปเป็น 3 องค์ประกอบสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อน คือ 3D ประกอบด้วย Digital Age Learning, Digital Age Teacher และ Digital Age Learner เพื่อที่จะยกระดับการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดอันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการพัฒนาเด็กไทยให้มีคุณภาพต่อไป
