ผลของการบูรณาการการบริการวิขาการกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชากายวิภาคศาสตร์และวิชาพยาธิวิทยา

Abstract
The organization of teaching and learning activities in an integrated manner has resulted in learners developing skills in analytical thinking, application and development in various fields as well. The objective of this research were to 1) comparison of changes in learning achievement in anatomy and pathology subjects between before and after the integration of academic services in learning activities among students enrolled in anatomy and pathology courses, Faculty of Science and Technology, Huachiew Chalermprakiet university and 2) assess the satisfaction of students enrolled in anatomy and pathology courses on the activities of integrating academic services with teaching and learning. The sample consisted of 475 students enrolled in Anatomy and Pathology courses. The activities were organized between March and May 2022. The research instruments were teaching management activities that integrate academic services. It consists of two programs of academic services, aligned knowledge dissemination of online media courses and education services to students in secondary schools, as well as questionnaires and observation on project satisfaction. Data were collected by measuring learning achievement before and after the experiment. including analyzing student satisfaction. The data were analyzed using averages, standard deviation and test the difference of the mean by analyzing the paried t-test.
The results showed that after the activities in the academic service integration project, students in almost all subjects had a statistically significant increase in learning achievement than before the experiment (p<.001). It was found in only one subject that the students had not statistically significant increase in learning achievement than before (p>.05). As for the students' satisfaction with the activities, it was found that the students' satisfaction was at the average score of 4.3 (out of a full score of 5). From the observation that the students are very alert to this event. However, the researcher suggested that teaching and learning in various subjects should be organized in a manner that integrates academic services with teaching and learning. And there should be a study of integration in other ways that will affect the student achievement further.
