Learning Achievements of Students on Statistics for Accounting Research by Using Online at Princess of Naradhiwas University
Main Article Content
Abstract
The objectives of this study were to assess student satisfactions and learning achievement following online training on "Statistics for Accounting Research" using a threshold of 70%. The population under study included 36 undergraduate students from Faculty of Management Science, Princess of Naradhiwas University, during the 2022 academic year. The Zoom application was one of the research instruments, along with a training program that combines theory and practice utilizing the JAMOVI statistics tool, a test of learning proficiency, and an assessment form for effective instruction. The statistics used for data analysis included the percentage, mean, standard deviation, Cohen's d effect size, and one sample t-test. The findings revealed that students' average score was 13.28, or 88.52 percent. Therefore, learning achievement following online instruction exceeded the threshold of 70% at a statistical significance level of .001. While student satisfaction with lecturers and the use of knowledge to do research was at the greatest level, management in general satisfaction was also quite high.
