The Development of Academic Administration by Implementing Creative Leadership of Administrators in Private Schools Under Samutprakarn Provincial Education Office

The objectives of this research were to 1) investigate the school administrators’ creative leadership in the private schools under Samutprakarn Provincial Education Office 2) investigate academic administration in private schools under Samutprakarn Provincial Education Office 3) investigate the school administrator’s creative leadership affecting the academic administration in private schools under Samutprakarn Provincial Education Office. This survey research data collected from 351 participants who are teachers in private schools under Samutprakarn Provincial Education Office by using the a 5-level rating scale questionnaire having reliability value at 0.986. Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation calculation. The hypothesis from is this research was analyzed by Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression analysis.
Research finding found as follows:
1. The mean score of creative leadership of private school administrators according to the overall average and each aspect were at high levels.
2. The mean score of academic administration of private schools were overall average and each aspect were at high levels.
3. Creative leadership affects overall academic administration with statistical significance at the 0.05 level of 4 variables: Individualized Consideration, Imagination, Flexibility, and Vision, respectively, with the regression equation in the form of unstandardized score and standardized score according to the Stepwise method as follows.

4. Guidelines for the development of academic administration by creative leadership of administrators in private schools under the Samut Prakan Provincial Education Office have found that school administrators should pay attention to individual consideration, flexibility, and vision. Imagination is an element that depends on the individual perspective of each executive. This can be caused by experiences that have both positive and negative aspects which may influence decision-making.
