Hybrid Learning to Promote the Ability of Lesson Plans Writing and Learning Activities Management for Teacher Students

Abstract
This research aimed to develop a model for learning activities based on hybrid learning, study the ability to write learning lesson plans, study the ability in learning activities management and study opinions towards learning management. The sample group consisted of 25 second year students in the science program. The research instruments were course Syllabus of Subject EDP 2201 Learning Management Science, an ability to assess the ability to write a learning management plan, an ability to assess the ability and a questionnaire on opinions on the use of adaptive learning activities of Hybrid Learning. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research were as follows:
- The Model of for learning activities consisted of 5 steps: 1) the preparation 2) step leading to knowledge 3) knowledge construction 4) knowledge sharing and 5) reflection which has learning characteristics that are 4 characteristics: F2F, SDL, Online and Offline. In this model, the most appropriate level was found with the mean score of 4.62 (S.D.=0.54).
- The overall the ability to write learning lesson plans and learning activities management of teacher students was at the high level.
- Opinions towards the hybrid learning activities of students were at the highest level.
