The result of learning management of flower arrangement of students who study with work order form

Abstract

The Objectives of the study were to examine 1) The result of learning flower arrangement subject from students study under the concept creative with Workoriented learning 2) To compare the either achievement before and after study under the concept creative with Work-oriented learning 3) To evaluate the satisfaction from the student that study under the concept creative with Work-oriented learning


The representative sample was chosen by purposive sampling: 15 undergraduate students from academic year


2018 which studying on 3rd year in Home Economics Programe, School of Culinary Arts, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. Instruments for measuring 6 lesson plans for flower arrangement with creative ideas emphasize on works, results are learning plan, evaluation form, achievement test and satisfaction evaluation from the representative sample. The data analysis and statistical methods consist of percentage, mean (x̄), standard deviation and t - test for dependent sample


The results represent that 1) The overview outcome of learning flower arrangement subject from students study under the concept creative with Work-oriented learning in 6 produced the most satisfaction with mean at 4.75 and standard deviation at 0.33 2) Students reached higher achievement test after study under the concept creative with Work-oriented learning with a Significance at 0.05 level and 3) The overview result of student’s satisfaction produced the most satisfaction with mean at 4.99 and standard deviation at 0.04 and produced most satisfaction when considered each choices from evaluation form
