School Efficient Organization Culture Model for Enhancing Students’ Arithmetic Learning in school Under the office of Bangkok Primary Education Area

Abstract
Organizational culture is the core idea and common practice of people in the organization that lead to the successful operation and the excellence of the organization. This research aims to study the background, problems and organizational culture model for promoting mathematics learning of students in basic schools under the office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area. This qualitative research covers 5 target school and the informants include experts, administrator, school practitioners and those concerned in general. The data of which has been compiled by means of interviewing, observing, group conversation, and in-depth studying on educational goals, qualitative data analysis , and presenting by means of descriptive analysis. The research divides the study into 3 periods: The beginning period, (beginning – 1977), developmental period, (1978-2006) and the reform period, (2007-present).
The research showed that 1) The organization background : The first one established a corporate culture relatives, the next was development of corporate culture and bureaucracy and at the present is to combined with all of terms to mix between culture geared for success in public relations and adaptive depends on the educational focusing. 2)The important problem of organizational culture are no specific culture for promoting mathematics learning, lacks of focus on beliefs, values and concrete norms. And there is lack of using the model ,none using network and cultural dimension. 3) This study was “ Basic Education School Organization Culture Model for the Excellence in Mathematics” It composes of 5 excellent targets, 5 patterns of belief, 7 core values, 10 norms of promoting performances and 4 management activities. This model of organizational culture is the integration form. It is able to selected as the educational institution aims. It will help to enhance the learning in mathematics education to be unity and success in substantial..
