The Happy Workplace Management in Primary School

Abstract

The research was aimed: 1) to identify the components to the happy workplace management in primary school. 2) to identify the verification of the happy workplace management in primary school. The sample of this research were 100 primary schools under the Office of the Basic Education, Commission, Ministry of Education.The sample size was determined by using Taro Yamane table at a 90% confidence level and using the stratified random sampling. The 3 respondents from each school comprised  a school director, a teacher and a basic education school board; with the total respondents of 300.The research instruments were 1) semi-structural interview, 2) opinionnaire which conducted during 2017 and 3) the verification form. The statistic questionnaire used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, and content analysis.


           The research findings revealed that:


           1.The 4 components of the happy workplace management in primary school  according to the respondents opinions, were 1) Organization management which consists of 1.1) Result - based management 1.2) Good governance 2) Create self-esteem 3) Develop physical environment and 4) Improve student quality


  1. 2. The verification of the happy workplace management in primary school was found with accuracy, propriety, feasibility, and utility.
