THE EVALUATION OF CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT OF INSTITUTE OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION CENTRAL REGION

Abstract
The purposes of this research ware to 1) to know the evaluation of curriculum management of institute of vocational education central region. 2) to know the evaluation of curriculum management according to attitude of experts. 3) to know comparison results the evaluation of curriculum management with the attitude of experts. The population consisted of director, deputy director, course lecturers, current students, graduates and employers. The instruments used to collect data were non-structured interviews and questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean (m), standard deviation (s) and content analysis. The results of this research found that:
- The evaluation of curriculum management of institute of vocational education central region as a whole found that
1.1 The context evaluation as a whole found that the executives is of the opinion that was appropriate at the highest level. As for the course lecturers is of the opinion that was appropriate at the high level.
1.2 The input evaluation as a whole found that the graduates is of the opinion that was appropriate at the highest level. As for the executives, course lecturers, current students is of the consistent opinions that was appropriate at the high level.
1.3 The process evaluation as a whole found that the graduates is of the opinion that was appropriate at the highest level. As for the executives, course lecturers and current students is of the consistent opinions that was appropriate at the high level.
1.4 The product evaluation as a whole found that current students, graduates and employers is of the opinion that was appropriate at the highest level. As for the executives and course lecturers is of the opinion that was appropriate at the high level.
- The result of the evaluation of curriculum management according to attitude of experts was found in context, input, process and product all experts agree that the curriculum management as a whole with consistent appropriate and satisfying in all aspects.
- The result of the comparison results the evaluation of curriculum management found that the executives, course lecturers, current students, the graduates and employers is of the opinion that the curriculum management was appropriate at the high to highest level. Which is the consistent with the attitude of all experts is of the opinion that was appropriate and satisfied with the curriculum management.
