S School Administrator's Skill and School Academic Affairs Administration under Provincial Nakhonpathorm of Local Administration -

Abstract
ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are three-folds: (1) to study school administrator’s skill under Nakhonpathorm Provincial Office of Local Administration, (2) to study quality of academic affairs administration of school under Nakhonpathorm Provincial Office of Local Administration and (3) to study the relation between school administrator’s skill and quality of academic affairs administration of school under Nakhonpathorm Provincial Office of Local Administration. The sample were 210 school teachers under Samutsakhon Provincial Office of Local Administration in academic year 2019. The instrument was questionnaire about school administrator’s skill and quality of academic affairs administration of school under Nakhonpathorm Provincial Office of Local Administration. The statistics for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and Pearson’s moment coefficient correlation.
The results of this study revealed that: (1) The school administrator’s skill under Nakhonpathorm Provincial Office of Local Administration, was at high level. (2) The quality of academic affairs administration of school under Nakhonpathorm Provincial Office of Local Administration, was at high level.And (3) The relationship between school administrator’s skill and school academic affairs administration under Nakhonpathorm Provincial Office of Local Administration, had positive relationship at rather high at .01 significant level.
