School Academic Administration Affecting Student Learning in 21st Century As Perceived by Teacher under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 34

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) school academic administration, 2) student learning in 21st century skill, and 3) academic administration affected the student learning in 21st century skill as perceived by teacher under the secondary educational service area office 34. The samples were 32 schools in Chiang Mai, under the secondary educational service Area office 34. The respondents of each school were 10 teachers, in total of 320 respondents. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire. The descriptive statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as the inferential statistics was Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.


The research findings revealed as follows:


  1. The school academic administration as perceived by teacher under the secondary educational service area office 34 was at high level, as a whole.

  2. The student learning in 21st century skill as perceived by teacher under the secondary educational service area office 34 was at high level, as a whole.

  3. The academic administration affected the student learning in 21st century skill of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 34, as a whole, 0.05 level at statistical significance
